At Blossoms we offer a variety of menu packages to meet your needs. We have excellent food, attentive service and a broad range of offerings at affordable prices. You may choose from table service or buffet style if you have a minimum of 25 guests.
We specialize in wedding receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, holiday celebrations, family reunions and social events. We also host business meetings, corporate parties, and service club meetings. All banquet spaces offer dance floors and allow various types of entertainment. We can handle events ranging in size from 10 to 200+ guests. Some events have room fees and/or deposits to secure your reservation.
You may reserve your banquet, event or meeting with a simple phone call or email (email@example.com) to Blossoms. We are happy to plan your menu over, email, the phone, or by appointment. When room fees are required, they must be paid in advance to reserve the space. All banquets are due and payable upon completion. We accept cash, check, Master Card/Visa.
Package #1 includes 2 entrée selections, tea coffee, service linens, tax and gratuity. Packages #2 and #3 includes 2 entrée selections, tea, coffee, baked rolls, green salad, a starch, vegetable, dessert, service, linens, tax and gratuity. With table service, each entrée receives a separate starch selection. Each entrée shares your vegetable and dessert selection. With buffet service, you receive 2 entrée selections, 2 starch selections, and 2 vegetable selections. Lunch packages end at 2:00 p.m. Package #1 is not available for buffet service.

These buffets are available any time of day. We require groups to have a minimum of 30 quests. Our buffets are served in a casual buffet fashion. The beverages are available at a self service station. Servers bus your tables and refill beverages at your table. If served outside in the pavilion, we use paper plates and plastic ware. Includes tax and gratuity
Brunch - $21 per person
Our fabulous brunch buffet has something for everyone! Juice, coffee, pastries, fresh cut fruit, eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, mini-salad bar, peel and eat shrimp, an Omelet station, or Roast Beef. We always offer rice and a potato dish, Southern fried Chicken, Catfish and fresh veggies. Includes tax and gratuity. Upgrade ($2 extra per person - Prime Rib for your carved meat)
Hot Breakfast Buffet - $14 per person
Start with orange juice and coffee, then enjoy fresh cut fruit, toast, hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage.
Appetizer Package - $17 per person

Our Basic package for appetizers includes 3 selections from our menu below, tea and coffee, linens, tax and gratuity. We set up your selections as a buffet, and replenish as necessary for a period of 90 minutes.

Blossoms BBQ - $16.50 per person
One of our most popular! All BBQ’s start with our 1/4 lb. all beef hot dogs, 1/4 lb. Burgers and Delicious BBQ Chicken along with a Garnish tray, Dill Pickles, condiments, Buns and Potato Chips. You also have a Choice of 2 of the following side dishes: BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Fresh cut Fruit Salad, Carrot and Raisin Salad, 3-Bean Salad, or Macaroni Salad. Includes Ice tea, lemonade, coffee, and cookies or brownies. *Not considered as a substitute.
BBQ upgrades ($1 extra per person per item)

Room fees are requested in advance as a deposit to guarantee the reservation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refundable with a 90 day notice, 1/2 refundable with a 60 day notice and non-refundable with less than a 60 day notice. We will deduct a $25 bookkeeping fee from refunds with a 90 day notice or more.
These fees are for events where Blossoms does not handle the food service. The period of time is a maximum of 4 hours occupancy. Blossoms will set up the room with tables, chairs and linens as needed. Please note: Blossoms must handle all alcoholic beverages as required by Colorado State law.
